Client satisfaction is KEECHEE's top priority, and we’re always here to help. We offer a hassle-free 90-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.
All requests for returns or replacements must be authorized by KEECHEE during the warranty period and accompanied by a valid Order ID Number and proof of defect (such as pictures or videos).
To initiate a replacement, please send a request to support@keecheehome.com including the following information:

*Shipping Address
*Order ID
*Item name/description
*Reason for return
*Photo or video of the defect
Once the returned item arrives back in the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
1. Any defects in materials detected upon the delivery of the product
2. Any defects in workmanship under normal use
3. Receiving any broken products
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
1. Damage resulting from improper use or noncompliance with the user’s instructions manual
2. Damage resulting from natural disasters
3. Modification of the product from its original form
4. Damages and/or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, animal use or any use for which the product was not intended;
Damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
5. Any requests for replacements/refunds of the units that are not accompanied by the order number
6. Theft or loss of a product
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of their item(s) caused by the shipping carrier. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility.
If you return a product to KEECHEE without requesting from our customer support team or without all parts included in the original package, KEECHEE retains the right to either refuse delivery or refuse to refund the return. WE DO NOT REPLACE OR RETURN ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.

Shipping Costs and Couriers
All orders over $19.99 have Free Standard Shipping. KEECHEE reserves the right to send freight and post through any of the following carriers, subject to our discretion and capacity for expedience, availability, and economy: USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon package. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, where you may review your order and shipping and handling information.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders made within the US will be processed in the next 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2 – 7 business days once the package has left our facility. Any delivery dates provided by KEECHEE are estimates. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Legal title to, right of possession, and risk of loss or damage to or destruction of the Products purchased shall transfer to the Customer upon KEECHEE's delivery to carrier at shipping point.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, KEECHEE will provide refunds for Damaged Product as described in our Return Policy.

I had previously ordered a set of three bamboo cutting boards, which are well-made and useful, but I wanted one larger cutting board for preparing larger amounts of food at one time, and this cutting board is the ideal size.
I enjoy using bamboo cutting boards because they're made of a renewable resource and are gentle on my knives. I also like that I don't need to worry about chopping into plastic and possibly transferring small amounts of that plastic into our food.
This cutting board is thoughtfully made with a juice groove all around one side, and grooves cut into the other side, making that side perfect for use as a charcuterie board. This cutting board also has handles cut in the ends, making it easy to move from place to place.
This bamboo board is meticulously crafted with no gaps or rough edges.
I can't think of a thing I would change about this cutting board. It is my new favorite everyday cutting board, and I highly recommend it!
Good set of bamboo cutting boards. Has a weird smell, but I think it's just the bamboo smell with a hint of coating.
After the first washing there was some loose bamboo threads. The liquid channels work very well.
The sizes are pretty good, though smaller than expected. They still work well, way better than plastic.
These wooden cutting boards are thick, feels durable and of good quality. It comes with a caring instruction booklet. You do want to check out each of their sizes since the two smaller ones are quite small in my opinion but they are adequate size for cutting small fruits. Overall it is a good set with three different sizes cutting boards of good quality.
Simply put, these are beautiful, well-made cutting boards. They’re so beautiful that I didn’t even want to use them for fear I would mess them up. :)

I will use these to cut up pan fish after ice fishing mostly. It's good to have several knives and boards ready when you have some friends and several hundred fish to clean! The bamboo is strong and resist water and oils from soaking into the wood. Good quality boards
