Refund Policy
Client satisfaction is KEECHEE's top priority, and we’re always here to help. We offer a hassle-free 90-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.
All requests for returns or replacements must be authorized by KEECHEE during the warranty period and accompanied by a valid Order ID Number and proof of defect (such as pictures or videos).
To initiate a replacement, please send a request to support@pdlifehome.com including the following information:
*Full name
*Shipping Address
*Order ID
*Item name/description
*Reason for return
*Photo or video of the defect
Once the returned item arrives back in the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
1. Any defects in materials detected upon the delivery of the product
2. Any defects in workmanship under normal use
3. Receiving any broken products
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
1. Damage resulting from improper use or noncompliance with the user’s instructions manual
2. Damage resulting from natural disasters
3. Modification of the product from its original form
4. Damages and/or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, animal use or any use for which the product was not intended;
Damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
5. Any requests for replacements/refunds of the units that are not accompanied by the order number
6. Theft or loss of a product
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of their item(s) caused by the shipping carrier. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility.
If you return a product to KEECHEE without requesting from our customer support team or without all parts included in the original package, KEECHEE retains the right to either refuse delivery or refuse to refund the return. WE DO NOT REPLACE OR RETURN ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
