Return Policy
All requests for returns or replacements must be authorized by KEECHEE during the warranty period and accompanied by a valid Order ID Number and proof of defect (such as pictures or videos).
To initiate a replacement, please send a request to support@pdlifehome.com including the following information:
*Full name
*Shipping Address
*Order ID
*Item name/description
*Reason for return
*Photo or video of the defect
Once the returned item arrives back in the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
1. Any defects in materials detected upon the delivery of the product
2. Any defects in workmanship under normal use
3. Receiving any broken products
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
1. Damage resulting from improper use or noncompliance with the user’s instructions manual
2. Damage resulting from natural disasters
3. Modification of the product from its original form
4. Damages and/or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, animal use or any use for which the product was not intended;
Damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
5. Any requests for replacements/refunds of the units that are not accompanied by the order number
6. Theft or loss of a product
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of their item(s) caused by the shipping carrier. Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer’s and carrier’s responsibility.
If you return a product to KEECHEE without requesting from our customer support team or without all parts included in the original package, KEECHEE retains the right to either refuse delivery or refuse to refund the return. WE DO NOT REPLACE OR RETURN ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.

Shipping Costs and Couriers
All orders over $19.99 have Free Standard Shipping. KEECHEE reserves the right to send freight and post through any of the following carriers, subject to our discretion and capacity for expedience, availability, and economy: USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon package. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, where you may review your order and shipping and handling information.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders made within the US will be processed in the next 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2 – 7 business days once the package has left our facility. Any delivery dates provided by KEECHEE are estimates. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Legal title to, right of possession, and risk of loss or damage to or destruction of the Products purchased shall transfer to the Customer upon KEECHEE's delivery to carrier at shipping point.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, KEECHEE will provide refunds for Damaged Product as described in our Return Policy.

I use charcuterie boards all the time, at least once a week or more. I have four boards and this one makes number five. But I'm going to give my others away to family and friends and just use this one. The design and functionality is well above my others. The tools for serving on my give away boards take up space and I have to slide out a drawer or compartment for people to see and use them. My table often gets crowded so I don't want to take up more space than is necessary. The Keechee board is different in that the tools take up very little room, are displayed vertically, and are in easy reach as the storage for these are displayed vertically and held in place by magnets. This is much more practical than any of my other boards. Another cool feature of this set is that you can mix and match the board size for what you are wanting to do. For example, a wine and cheese dinner at home with my wife is amply served by the smaller three compartment board. With a larger group of six or more, I can abut the smaller board with the larger one to handle the needs. And four smaller groups of 3-4 people, I can just use the larger board by itself. The ability to mark on the board sides with chalk is a nice feature that may be wanted at times but in practice I rarely label things on the board except for different types of cheese or meats that my guests may be unfamiliar with. I think it a little silly when going to the extreme and labeling carrots and pickles when it is obvious as to what they are..
The magnetic sideboard can be used to expand or add food to the board. Ceramic round dishes, tools on a stand, this is pretty complete with everything one needs for a glorified cutting board with snacks on it.
Now for the real question, when taking photos of your platter to post on social media you should know the board finish is not too glossy so your ring light won’t be too prominent in a reflection.
Now for the packaging, the side board has four rubber non slip feet and this rests on top of the big board. Well these feet likely rub on the chalk board front which indeed is a “chalkboard paint” and it’s rubbed off in two areas. Easy fix is don’t have the rubber feet touch the chalk board label.
Magnets hold nice and firm, board feels thick and sturdy. I’d be happy to use this platter to justify eating an entire block of cheese in one sitting.
I can't wait for my next get together. This is perfect for all those holiday parties. This is the best one I have seen. From the extra care taken in packaging to make everything look fancy, to the design and materials used. With the two pieces of the board I am now prepared regardless of the size of the party. Came with excellent instructions on the care and cleaning required to keep it looking great.

All of the components are really well made and feel great in your hand. The ceramic bowls really level-up your charcuterie game, and then there's a stand for the utensils when they're not in use. Perfect!
