I purchased the sourdough adjustable knife and it arrived without a blade! I have search for replacement blades on this website and cannot find one! Please help!

Over the years we have had (and currently have) all sorts of cutting boards. Plastic ones are convenient because you can throw them in the dishwasher but now you hear all the concerns of microplastics. Conventional Wood ones are in theory more healthy but you cannot put them in the dishwasher and they can absorb whatever you are cutting. Saw this cutting board and it seems to have solved both of the problems? Only time will tell, we have run this through the dishwasher twice now and it hasn’t changed a bit. This is super thin and light which is nice and the surface is good for cutting (can’t really tell if it is dulling the knives or not but seems fine). Time will tell how well it holds up but so far so good; will update review if it warps or comes apart after running through the dishwasher a couple hundred more cycles.

October 2025 update
5 months later this cutting board is going strong. Gets used at least every other day if not everyday. Ordering the smaller ones now. Note we have been putting it in the dishwasher constantly so if shopping, note that many of the wood/bamboo cutting boards are not dishwasher safe; this one is and it is worth the price.

I am so impressed by this bamboo one! The size is surprisingly large。I recently switched out all my plastic cutting boards - making efforts to eliminate as much microplastics in our food as possible!
