I ordered these bamboo cutting boards because I'm shifting my family away from plastic and these were a great alternative to cycle in for meal prep. I have one other smaller cutting board that's for meats and a larger cutting board that is for produce and other foods that won't cause illness if not cooked.I like this set a lot because of the two different sizes and mainly because the silicone mat to place underneath. I often have migrating cutting boards, so this is an extremely helpful tool. The bamboo is nice and well put together. I love that each have juice wells which help keep my counters and under the board clean.I generally oil my boards every week, so I need alternating boards while one is soaking up it's oil for 24 hours. This helps me rotate them out better and the bamboo takes the oil really well.My only question is what on earth is the sandpaper for? It was provided, but I don't ever recall getting this with a cutting board before.

These 2 cutting boards with the non slip mat are beautifully made, and have a super nice feel to them. The weight of the boards is just right, and the non slip mat fits both sizes. The material the boards are made from are a light colored bamboo, which is also super easy to hand clean. It’s especially great that they have a one year warranty. The price is a bit high, but it’s worth it for the quality of these boards.

This is a great set of two bamboo wood cutting boards. The plus is they come with a silicone mat to keep one in place while you chop, slice, and dice. They are of a good size and they are not too thick and heavy. The bamboo material has a simple pattern to it so these both would look great if you use them as your charcuterie boards. Great gift for the new homeowner or add them to your own kitchen.
