Dishwasher Safe Bamboo Cutting Board with Juice Groove

This cutting board is thin but very solid. The wood remains smooth and free of stains after multiple uses and washes. The grooves around the perimeter prevent leakage when cutting watery fruits and vegetables. I haven’t had any issues with it after one month of consistent use.

As you can see by my picture, my previous wooden cutting board was literally falling apart (already glued once by my husband), so I was in the market. But all of the previous candidates were too wide or too thick or too much money. This one was everything I needed it to be. I like the thinner cutting boards as they feel less awkward to me and I like the smaller size because we keep it in a handy spot by the sink because we use it every single day. This 13 x 9.9 is just slightly larger than my old, well-loved cutting board. The coating on it feels a little slippery right now, but I know this will wear down a little with use. I like that I CAN put it in the dishwasher, but I will likely handwash it the majority of the time. I think it's going to be another great, well-loved cutting board. Of note, it came nicely packaged with a very nice card with information about the maker and information about the sustainability of bamboo. I appreciated that.

I have an accumulation of cutting boards, most of them of the white nylon variety. The main board was my Dad's. He told me that it is Monkey Pod wood and he had jumped at the chance to acquire it 50-60 years ago (something about Monkey Pod trees had captured his attention along the way).

Monkey Pod board is reserved for my use because it has experienced a LOT of mileage and looks it. It looks quite disreputable, actually. :)

So ... I have mostly been using the utilitarian but soulless nylon boards.

Until now.

I selected the 13"x9.9" model as that properly fits my usually-cooking-for-one-now small meals situation. It is perfect for my purposes AND it is GORGEOUS.

... and light and thin and, apparently, tough. In addition, this Bamboo board fits completely INSIDE my kitchen sinks. YEAH! Using this board I will not have to carry it back to the laundry room sink to wash the entire thing in one shot with half of the effort.

I am glad that this Bamboo board is "hardened" against dishwasher use & heat damage. While I, personally, would never put a nice small board like this thru a dishwasher cycle, I would not hesitate to use it in a trivet or serving capacity during periodic family-gathering meals.

I have a feeling that I will smile every time I retrieve this from the Cutting Boards Drawer.

I know, I know ... but like they say, "It's the little things". :)

I have not even used this board yet and I can tell it’s a high quality product while being sustainable. I really like it. The finish is smooth and the board really does looks like something you’d use to serve a charcuterie board with.

This cutting board is standard size if you want bigger then the ones you buy in the supermarket then better buy the biggest size. They are good in the dishwasher machine or easy to just rinse off easily. When cutting fruits and vegetables its deep curves around the edges does help compared to a normal cutting board the the juices don't flow on the counter. The only thing I find is after a few uses you do really see the lines alot on the cutting board so curious how it would like like after a year. But definitely will be purchasing a few bigger ones and making the full switch, as its a perfect alternative for having non plastic products in the dishwasher. It fits in an average dishwasher no problem horizontally in.

I like that it can go into the dishwasher and is likely a healthier choice than the old plastic cutting board we've been using. However, I don't know what coating this board has, so I can't say for sure that it's a 100% safe. The picture shows what it looks like after about a month of use.

I’ve been using this a few weeks now and I still really like it. It came beautifully packaged. It does get a lot of cuts in it quickly, but I appreciate that I can put it in the dishwasher and I have even. I use the larger one daily and the smaller semi weekly and you can tell the difference in their finish already but I still think it’s a good cutting board. They do recommend oiling it. My photos show at purchase and after few weeks of use.

This cutting board turned out to be smaller than I expected – but that’s on me for not double-checking the dimensions beforehand. It’s well-made, sturdy, and not too heavy, which makes it easy to handle and store.

After a few uses, there are some knife marks visible, but that’s pretty standard for any cutting board. I’m planning to rub a little cooking oil on it, and let it air dry as part of regular maintenance (this was on the weekly care pamphlet that comes with the board) though I haven’t done that yet.

This bamboo cutting board is fantastic! It came nicely boxed, great for a gift. A booklet is included with the creator’s cute story and helpful details about the board. A great feature I find very useful is the board has grooves on all 4 sides which catches juices and water preventing it from running onto my countertop. It is perfect for cutting tomatoes on and my husband loved how the grooves caught the juices from the steak he cut. I love that this bamboo board is lightweight and can easily fit into the dishwasher. It’s wonderful that I can clean and sanitize the board in the dishwasher. It came out of the dishwasher looking great! This bamboo board is now my favorite kitchen cutting board.

Unlike others of this size and quality, this one is actually ultra-lightweight and super-thin, making it easy-to-carry, plus space-saving. It’s well-designed and beautifully-made.

My favorite feature is that it’s dishwasher-safe; after running it through the hottest/sanitizing setting multiple times, it still looks brand new on both sides and all around the edges.

Arrives nicely boxed and packaged; a fabulous housewarming gift.

I love these cutting boards! I can use them for veggies or raw meat without fear of microplastics or bacteria since they are dishwasher safe!

Nice, sleek, lightweight

Had this for a few months and I am very pleased. The wood is quite hard and there are a few scratches from the knife, which is to expect. No problem putting it in the dishwasher!

I love these! They are light weights and fit great in the dishwasher.

I have put these through the dishwasher dozens of times so far and they work perfectly well. A great alternative to plastic (so far at least)
