18 x 12 Extra Large Carbonized Bamboo Cutting Board

Smooth board, pre-oiled/pre-treated already. Machining is tight with nice corners and nice grooves. I didn't see any flaws with the board at all, and I do some woodworking (so I have a critical eye).It's big and sturdy, easily capable of handing a lot of food. The one modification I would make is to add feet on one side.

This XL Keechee bamboo cutting board is nice looking, well made and versatile.  The bamboo is a pretty brown color and it is very sturdy and smooth.  The board does not look like it will warp over time. The 2 different sides make it even more versatile.  On the one side there are grooves all the way around to catch juices as you carve meat.  The other side has larger indentations that could be used for crackers when you are creating a charcuterie boardIn general we have been trying to reduce the amount of plastics in our kitchen, this board helps reach our goal.  I recommend this cutting board.

This is a very large, thick, and heavy-duty cutting board. I was very impressed with the quality. It feels smooth and has a beautiful color. It’s perfect for when I need to cut more than one fruit/vegetable at a time. I love that I don’t have to use two separate cutting boards at a time when I cook larger meals.One side of the board has grooves to avoid juice from fruit spilling out, and the other side has wide slots which is ideal for serving appetizers. I also like to use the wide slots for keeping fruits or vegetables from rolling away. There are also grooves on the sides which makes it easier to lift the cutting board.

This arrived in nice enough packaging to give as a gift and smelled like fresh bamboo wood right out of the box. I love that there are two different patterns of grooves on each side. One side has the standard moat all the way around to catch meat drippings. The other side has wide, routed grooves on each side to hold crackers without them slipping off while you carry it, if you want to use it as a cheeseboard. I was also pleased to find there are little routed indentations in each side, like handles, so it's easy to pick up off the counter. With the 18 x 12 size, there is plenty of room to cut fruits, vegetables, and meat for every day food prep. It's a nice thick board, too, so it won't crack easily. And bamboo is antimicrobial, so a quick wash in the sink and the occasional maintenance with mineral oil will keep it bacteria-free and looking great. Very happy with this.

This is a great bamboo cutting board. The dimensions are perfect (not too big and not too small), and the wood quality and finish are flawless. It's got drainage slots on both sides, which provide versatility for a variety of cutting tasks. The board is very durable - it's not showing any signs of knife marks so far and should last a long time. Highly recommended!

This is a high-quality cutting board and feels so solid! I love that it has two sides and each side has different indentations for things. One side has a mote-style groove to catch juice from cutting stuff like fruit and the other side has some that would work well for keeping stuff from rolling off if you were using it for a food display. The extra large size is nice for cutting a lot of stuff but it's not too big that it doesn't fit in a kitchen drawer.
